Email Assistant
Writes emails people actually reply to.
Paste the message you need to answer, or just describe the recipient and what you want to happen. The skill returns clean, ready-to-send text that leads with one clear message and gives the reader a real reason to act.
It is written for anyone. It matches the recipient’s language, adapts formality to the relationship, and stays out of your mailbox. Nothing here is tied to me or my setup.
What it does:
- States the one core message in the first sentence
- Stays focused on the reader, not the sender
- Ends with a specific call to action and a deadline where it fits
- Matches the recipient’s language and the right level of formality
- Returns plain text you can copy and paste as-is
How to use it
- In Claude Code: unzip the folder into your
~/.claude/skills/directory, then ask it to write an email. - Anywhere else: open
SKILL.md, paste its contents into your AI chat as instructions, and start writing.
